The owners of Virala Corporation founded the G.J. Ehrnrooth Family Foundation in 2019. In addition to this foundation, the owners of Virala Corporation also participate in the board activities of other Ehrnrooth family foundations.
The G. J. Ehrnrooth Family Foundation focuses primarily on supporting children and young people in Finland. As a family business, we hold the family unit and the future of youth as vital pillars of society. The foundation has supported mental health initiatives for young people and enabled opportunities for sports activities, which play a crucial role in building well-being and community. Additionally, the foundation promotes education by supporting international studies and providing opportunities for underprivileged students as well as related national initiatives.
